Home-Delivered Meals & Support Services
Meals on Wheels San Antonio is a public-private partnership that enables older and disabled neighbors to remain healthier and independent in their own homes, where they want to be, avoiding far more costly healthcare alternatives, such as unnecessary trips to the emergency room, hospitalizations and nursing home placements. Meals on Wheels San Antonio prepares and delivers nutritious meals each weekday to older and disabled individuals living throughout Bexar County and South Central Texas. Every weekday Meals on Wheels prepares and delivers more than a meal to 4,000 neighbors. Services provided are:

Grace Place Alzheimer's Services
Grace Place Alzheimer's Services provide socialization and activities for those living with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementia. These activities focus on the strengths and remaining abilities of our clients, and are facilitated by staff who are trained in dementia care. For family members, caring for a person with dementia can be difficult and stressful. Our goal is to alleviate stress by providing affordable and safe respite care so our clients’ families can live a more healthy and balanced life. Services provided by are:
