Grace Place Alzheimer’s Center is San Antonio’s only non-profit adult day center specializing in Alzheimer’s and dementia care, brought to you by Meals on Wheels San Antonio.
Grace Place is located off Nacogdoches, north of Loop 410, on the Meals on Wheels San Antonio Campus of Grace: 2718 Danbury, San Antonio, TX 78217.
At Grace Place, we offer engaging, strength-based activities led by trained staff, providing safe and affordable respite for caregivers. Our services help families maintain balance and well-being while ensuring quality care for their loved ones.
For the months of February and March 2025, all those who enroll and complete admission to Grace Place Alzheimer’s Centers are eligible for two weeks of free attendance.
