LVN's ensures top-notch care and medical supervision for clients at Grace Place, handling medication coordination with families, physicians, and responsible parties. Flexibility is a must—you might work at different centers with varying schedules.
An LVN for our Grace Place Center assesses clients' medical needs, develops care plans, administers medications, and maintains accurate records. Responsibilities include overseeing CNAs, training staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting activities and infection prevention efforts. This role also assists with emergency preparedness, volunteer orientation, and other tasks to ensure quality care and a positive client experience.
This important role reports to the Activity Director and helps keep things running smoothly!
